Our Training Programmes
In today’s hi-tech world, learning is of primary importance. Tacking up a career in any field without proper training can be disastrous, not only to the person concerned, but the clients too can suffer irreparable damage from untrained Pest Controllers.
The aim is to equip trainees with a practical working knowledge on various pests under various conditions. Pest Control has become a household word. Today there are half cooked or illiterate ex-operators from recognized pest control houses, coursing the country with a tomato sprayer and dangerous chemicals in their hands, and spray ignorant innocent householders’ premises for a pittance. These dangerous operators leave no address and hence, complaints can never be re-addressed or lodged.
The aim of conducting such practical courses are for the benefit of all pest control organizations who can then depend and rely on their newly trained managers to attend to all types of work in the pest control field with confidence and product knowledge.
Our experience shows that an existing trained manager does not have the time to train his subordinates. As a result, the branch or company suffers due to the lack of trained personnel and also this half or malt rained personnel, leave and start their own business.
Pest control is still in its infancy in India. The scope is huge-it can be considered a large industry, and all the pest controllers put together are still on the fringe of this industry.
